 I view this country estate manor house as my greatest design essay.  I was truly able to create an autobiographical home that captures all the passions and interests of the owners. The best design requires trust and my clients never questioned the need to engage the best artisans and craftspeople, the need to travel to oversee work in progress within the region and in Europe, the investment required for authentic art, and the essential role that each element plays in the design narrative. The great joy my clients have each day in their home is the greatest reward any designer can ask for.
